About Cansco Control Technology Inc.

Cansco is a technology company specialising in the supply of well control equipment, people and process solutions to the upstream hydrocarbon and geothermal industries.

The well control system employed during well construction, operation, maintenance and removal is considered a safety critical system in light of the potential severity level of the related work hazards.

The well control system comprises a number of key sub-systems which include system monitoring and control, more commonly known as Control Systems.

Control Technology Inc., a highly experienced and reputable Control System supplier since 1997, was, until 2021, a key technology partner in Cansco’s well control solutions. The success of the partnership had grown with time and in 2022 Cansco acquired the Control System business of Control Technology Inc. to complement the expansion of Cansco’s in-house well control solutions capability.

Cansco Control Technology Inc. is based in Blackfalds Alberta in Canada where its combined technology development and production facilities specialise in the design and supply of custom built Control System and related products for the international upstream energy industries.
